The booking will be considered confirmed only after receipt of the required 50% advance payment and confirmation from the respective hotels, airlines, transporters and other service providers.
The payment schedule will be communicated at the time of booking. The balance payment must be made within the specified due date. Failure to make payment on time may result in cancellation of services and applicable cancellation charges.
Package rates are subject to availability and are valid only for the period mentioned in the quotation. Rates may change until the booking is confirmed.
Hotel names, room categories and meal plans are as mentioned in the quotation. Hotel check-in/check-out timings are governed by the respective hotel’s policies. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
The itinerary may be rearranged by us due to operational requirements, weather conditions, traffic, local restrictions, attraction timings or other circumstances. The overall sightseeing/services will be maintained as far as reasonably possible.
Vehicle type and seating capacity will be as specified in the quotation. The vehicle may not be available for personal use beyond the itinerary or prescribed sightseeing hours unless specifically mentioned.
Flight and train timings are subject to change by the respective operators. Any additional expenses resulting from schedule changes, delays or cancellations shall be payable by the guest unless otherwise covered by the service provider.
Cancellation charges will be applicable as per the cancellation policy of the respective hotels, airlines, transporters, DMCs and other service providers. Certain bookings may be non-refundable. Any refund will be processed after receipt of the applicable refund from the service provider.
No refund will normally be provided for unused services, missed flights/trains, failure to report on time, or no-show at hotels, transfers or sightseeing services.
No refund will be provided for services voluntarily not utilised by the guest, including meals, sightseeing, transfers, hotel nights or other inclusions.
Guests are responsible for carrying valid passports (6 months), visas, permits and other required travel documents. Visa approval is subject to the respective embassy/immigration authorities and cannot be guaranteed by Destination Treasury.
Guests are responsible for their passports, money, jewellery, baggage and personal belongings. We shall not be responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings.
Special requests such as adjoining rooms, specific room views, particular vehicle models, dietary requirements, early check-in, late check-out or specific seating arrangements are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
Child and infant rates, bed arrangements and meal policies are subject to the respective hotel’s and service provider’s policies. The child’s age may be required at the time of booking.
We shall not be liable for losses, delays, cancellations or additional expenses caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics, strikes, riots, political disturbances, government restrictions, border closures, transportation disruptions or other force majeure events.
In the event of changes in government taxes, fuel prices, exchange rates, airline charges, hotel rates or other mandatory charges before final confirmation/payment, the package price may be revised accordingly.
For international packages, rates may be affected by fluctuations in foreign exchange rates until the booking/payment is confirmed, wherever applicable.
Guests are required to comply with local laws, hotel rules, immigration requirements and instructions issued by local authorities and service providers.
Hotels, airlines, transport companies, sightseeing operators and other third-party suppliers are independent service providers. Their services are subject to their respective terms and conditions.
Photographs/videos taken during tours may be used for promotional purposes only where appropriate and subject to applicable consent requirements.
The services finally confirmed and mentioned in the booking confirmation/voucher will prevail over preliminary quotations or verbal discussions.
Payment of the booking advance shall be deemed as acceptance of the quotation, inclusions, exclusions and applicable terms & conditions by the guest.
